CresAlta seeks to invest in a portfolio of 35–50 U.S. and non-U.S. companies that we believe are financially strong and well-managed dividend-paying stocks, with dynamic rotation among dividend categories. Under normal circumstances, at least 40% of its assets are invested in non-U.S. companies for improved global diversification and at least 80% of its assets are invested in dividend-paying stocks on a global scale.

An investment account that invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets in U.S. companies whose market capitalizations are within the range of those in the Russell 2500 Index (commonly referred to as "SMID" companies). CresAlta seeks to provide a focused portfolio of 40-60 U.S. SMID companies, built around our value-oriented dividend framework, that we believe are financially strong and well-managed and selling at attractive valuations.

A customizable investment account providing a focused portfolio of 30-50 dividend-paying stocks on a global scale, while incorporating sustainable investment concepts. The strategy uses a negative screen to exclude companies in industries such as defense, energy and tobacco, while emphasizing businesses with long-term sustainable strategies that are likely to lead to financial success and generate dividend income. At least 40% of the portfolio is invested in non-U.S. companies for improved global diversification.
